Implementing the Council of Arab Electricity Ministers decision no. 127 during its extraordinary meeting (LAS: 14/1/2010) regarding the approval of the Council’s amended internal by-laws which was adopted by the Council of Arab States during its 133 meeting through decision no 7199 states in its’ 12th article to assist the Council of Arab Electricity Ministers and its’ Executive Office two specialized technical committees. One is the Electricity Expert Committee and the other one is the RE/EE Expert Committee out of which the Arab EE Guideline Working Group was established.
