Budget Allocation Chart (BAC)

The Budget Allocation Chart (BAC) [14] is a tool to distinguish in an efficient way, on one page, between financially attractive and not so attractive investments and their potential to balance electricity supply and demand.

The BAC has been developed with regional experts from Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, Tunisia and Jordan by MED-EMIP.
